Makeup Artist Kit Wishlist: Australis

I just realized that my Black Friday Morphe Wishlist is my second most viewed post. I guess we have the same hobby at stalking other people wishlist. So here is another one that I’ll share with you guys. Most of these products I will add up my makeup kit as it is still lack of good quality products. I do have to add some more here and there until I satisfied and finally achieve my perfect bridal makeup kit.

After doing my research on Australis products (aka. watching a lot of Youtube review), I found out that they have a lot of great dupe for high-end brand such as MAC, Anastasia, and many others. Most of their price is half if not less than the other. So it’s a great place to start if you want to build your kit.

Here’s my wishlist:

1. Fresh & Flawless Pressed Powder AUD 12.95 A lot of Australian Youtubers and makeup artists mentioned that this powder is very similar to MAC Studio Fix Powder and some even say that it’s actually better than that. I’m going to pick up 4 colors in Natural, Light Beige, Darkest Brown, and Nude.
2. AC ON TOUR Cream Contouring andHighlighting Palette AUD 24.95 A great alternative for Anastasia Cream Contour Kit in Light. This kind of palette is a great choice for a startup makeup artist, since it has every color you probably need for contouring and the price is very affordable.
3. AC ON TOUR Powder Contouring and HighlightingPalette – Light AUD 16.95 This palette is also great dupe for Anastasia Contour Powder Kit in Light. It is very similar in color and coverage, but some people said that it is more powdery. But for the price point, I think it is worth the try.
4. Velourlips Matte Lip Cream AUD 10.49 I had my eyes on this lip cream for so long. It’s a liquid lipstick, it’s matte, it’s affordable, and the colors are to die for. What can I ask for more? Hon-O-Loo-Loo, NY-Cee, Mi-A-Mee, and Ro-Ma are the four that I really want to try.
5. Banana Powder AUD 14.95 I have nothing to say about this particular product, because I guess every makeup artist needs this in their kit. It comes in a compact form which is great, so I can skip all the messiness and fly out of a loose powder. It saves a lot of space as well.
