I love September. Because I'm celebrating my birthday and it means I have a very strong excuse to splurge a little bit more. I made a few purchase on items that I have been looking at, the kind of stuff where I always walked pass the alley and then stop by the counter to swatch but always end up hold myself back and bought other things. So considering that I have been very good at holding myself together and not buying any makeup these couple months, I do myself a little favor and bought them all.
