If you haven't know already by the title already, today's talk will be on a brand that I discovered recently, 13rushes. Yes, it is a makeup brushes brand. Yaay!! We might not recognized it very well in Indonesia as it is Singapore base and I would say it's fairly new since it is founded in 2013. Despite of being new, this brand delivers a high quality cruelty-free brushes which is absolutely great.
